SOUTH VILLAGE – KIRRAWEE

South Village is a luxury development of around 770 apartments with shopping, dining, retail and leisure facilities. BPG were engaged on stage one and stage two to supply and install all internal plaster board, skirtings, insulation and Hebel walls; supply and install all external metal cladding and supply and install James Hardie ExoTec façade panels and feature decorative ceilings in the shopping mall.

BPG’s experienced façade installation team saved time and avoided waste by precisely measuring the external cladding requirements and sending drawings to the supplier for pre-delivery cutting and folding.

The complex ExoTec ceiling design required expert craftmanship to accurately cut the panels. The BPG team completed this task successfully using lasers and chalk to mark the shapes on the floor and reflect these onto the ceiling to make the frames.

Work was completed on-time, with no safety incidents, meeting Australian standards.
